Together, we’ll create a balanced approach to health that works with your body’s natural rhythms, not against them.

Using functional nutrition, we’ll uncover the foods that best support your unique body. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach—it’s about discovering how to nourish your body in a way that promotes energy, hormonal balance, and long-term wellness. We’ll pair that with cycle charting, where we’ll track your body’s hormonal signals and learn what they’re telling you, helping you stay in sync with your body’s needs.

We’ll incorporate an intuitive approach to eating, because your body is trying to tell you what it needs. I’ll help you tune into your hunger and fullness cues, so you can stop second-guessing and start enjoying food that fuels you, without restrictive dieting or food guilt.

We’ll not only focus on how you eat, but on how food affects your unique body. Through intuitive eating and functional nutrition principles, we’ll discover which foods make you feel your best and fuel your hormones in a way that promotes balance and vitality.

Movement is another important part of the equation, but no high intensity here (although you’re more than welcome to work on that too). In our work together, we’ll focus on gentle mind-body exercises that leave you feeling refreshed and more attuned with yourself, rather than worn out.

And because life gets hectic, we’ll work on practical stress management techniques that fit your lifestyle, whether that’s through prayer, mindfulness, or simply creating moments of rest in your day.

Together, we’ll take a holistic, grace-filled approach to health that honors how beautifully complex and designed you are.
